CLONIC GUIDES

A support agent for your existing clients

Separate support from sales: different goals, knowledge and boundaries for each stage of the relationship.

Questions it can answer

Explain an existing service, find an approved resource or clarify a documented instruction. The agent needs the facts and permission to access them; it does not invent personal context.

Decisions that need you

Service changes, exceptions, insufficient information and requests for a person are handed over. In sensitive fields, it does not make professional decisions or change customer information on its own.

Keep individual data separate

A client's data does not become a general shared knowledge library. Integrations retrieve only authorized context for the identified customer and must respect permissions, revocation and changes in the source system.

Measure quality, not just activity

Review handoffs, corrections and feedback. A sent reply means activity; it does not prove resolution. Keep reviewing real conversations during the initial rollout.
