What counts as a contact
A person served by AI during the billing cycle. An incoming conversation with no AI response is not presented as a served contact.
What counts as a reply
Useful generated drafts and messages use reply allowance. Agents share the account's capacity. The sandbox has its own allowance and never sends messages to real people.
A 14-day trial without a card
Includes 50 contacts and 300 replies. It starts when you activate a prepared agent with a verified channel. One trial per eligible account and business, with no paid subscription or automatic charges.
When time or allowance runs out
Automation pauses and history stays available. Purchasing a plan is an explicit action. If checkout is not yet enabled, the product says so. There are no automatic paid overages.
