Your sales agent explains approved programs, prices and terms, answers questions and guides people to your chosen next step. Scheduling is included in all plans and requires a configured connection.
Support with approved materials
Your support agent answers questions about your services and resources. It asks you when information is missing or an exception needs a decision. Sending a reply does not automatically mean a question was resolved.
If you use Vaikoa
Clonic works independently. The optional Vaikoa integration can provide the current plan of an identified and authorized client. Changes to training, loads, nutrition or goals still require the coach.

Set up your business, test real questions and start with drafts if you want to review each reply. Switch to automatic replies after checking the facts, tone and handoffs.
