Live catalogue and availability
When Shopify is connected, the agent can check products, prices, variants and availability. It also uses the approved shipping, returns and policy information you configure in Clonic.
Shopify: early access
The agent can prepare a cart with the selected variant and open the store's real checkout for the customer to review and pay there. Setup is assisted while we complete public app distribution.
Current boundaries
Private order lookup, cancellations, changes and refunds go to a person. Typing an email or order number in chat does not grant access to private data.
