How to set up your first Clonic agent

A guided flow you can save and resume. No technical instructions required.

1. Choose its role

Select sales, client support or both. Choosing both prepares separate agents for each audience.

2. Share your business

Enter an HTTPS website, upload a PDF, Word or text file up to 4 MB, or describe your offer. Use business information and avoid private client data.

3. Confirm the facts

Review your business, audience, offer, prices, next step and boundaries. Extraction is a proposal that needs your review. Leave unknown facts empty so the agent knows to ask.

4. Try three replies

Review a pricing question, an objection and an issue. Previews check voice and information without performing actions. If you change the facts, test them again.

5. Connect and activate

Complete channel authorization and verify the connection. Choose drafts or automatic replies. The trial starts on activation and the result shows your configured mode. Use the advanced sandbox to validate full actions and integrations.
