Instagram, WhatsApp and website chat are conversation channels. Supported calendars, scoped API access and webhooks connect authorized data and actions.
Shopify in early access
The integration already checks catalogue and availability, prepares carts and opens Shopify checkout. Installation is assisted while we complete public distribution.
API and webhooks
Applications can use the Clonic API with a key and explicit permissions. Webhooks notify events such as messages, contact changes and bookings. Technical setup is required.
Per-agent permissions
Each agent can only use the actions and data authorized by the business. MCP connections remain in preparation and will only be released after their permissions and behavior are reviewed.
